Dr. Bingbing Jiang is an Associate Professor in the School of Information Science and Technology, Hangzhou Normal University (HZNU), Hangzhou, China. He received the BSc degree from the School of Computer Science and Technology, Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications (CQUPT), Chongqing, China, in 2014, and the PhD degree from the School of Computer Science and Technology, University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), Hefei, China, in 2019. His research focuses on robust machine learning theory and data mining methods for practical application scenarios, with emphasis on semi-supervised learning, sparse learning, representation learning, causal learning and inference, Bayesian optimization, multi-view fusion and learning, and unsupervised clustering.

Dr. Jiang has actively published in prestigious conferences and journals in machine learning and data mining , including IEEE TPAMI, IEEE TIP, IEEE TNNLS, IEEE TFS, IEEE TKDE, IEEE TCYB, IEEE TII, IEEE TGRS, IEEE TETCI, ACM TKDD, ACM SIGKDD, ACM MM, AAAI, and IJCAI. He serves as an Editorial Board Member of Applied Soft Computing and Information Processing & Management, an Associate Editor of Neurocomputing, Pattern Recognition, and IEEE Signal Processing Letters, and a reviewer or program committee member for 30+ prestigious journals and conferences.

• Multi-view Representation and Fusion: studying robust representation, effective fusion, and intelligent analysis for homogeneous and heterogeneous multi-source data.
• Sparse and Automated Learning: exploring feature selection for high-dimensional data, sparse learning, algorithm selection for large language models, and Bayesian optimization.
• Causal and Bayesian Learning: investigating causal discovery, causal inference, Bayesian inference, and uncertainty-aware learning for data-driven decision making.
• Clustering and Industrial Intelligence: designing fuzzy, spectral, and density-based clustering methods, with applications to industrial process fault detection and graph-based learning.
